Onions cut into half rings, carrots grate on a large grater, celery stalks chop medium cube. Fry vegetables in vegetable oil until soft. Add spices, ketchup and sugar. Grate the tomato on a large grater. All mix and pour water. Stir and simmer all together for another 5 minutes over medium heat.
Fish fillets cut into large enough, add few salt. Put to vegetables. Stir gently so the fish was covered under vegetable marinade. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer over medium-low heat for 20 minutes. Fish more during quenching do not mix. The fish is ready to serve with your favourite side dish.
