  1. Cut the fish fillet into portions, pour lemon juice, add a little salt. Set aside.
  2. Remove the seeds from the pepper, cut into strips. Peel the carrots and cut them into slices. Cut the onion into feathers. Peel the garlic, cut into slices. Peel and slice the zucchini.
  3. Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a frying pan, add chopped garlic, pepper, carrots, zucchini and onion. Fry for about 10 minutes, stirring.
  4. Put the finished vegetables on a paper towel.
  5. Wipe the pan with a paper napkin, pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, put the fish fillet, fry on both sides for a couple of minutes on each side, until cooked. Leave the pieces of fish untouched. Cut the tomato into two parts and fry in the same pan.
  6. Now assemble the bowl. Lay out the vegetables, season with paprika, pour honey if desired (I did not), sprinkle with pepper and salt (if necessary). Lay out the two halves of the tomato. Decorate with greenery.
  7. Ready.
