Cut the potatoes into cubes, and the carrots into half rings.
Pour 1.2 liters of water into a saucepan, add onions, carrots, potatoes and cook for 10 minutes after boiling. If desired, you can add a little salt and seasonings to your liking.
Cut the fish into small pieces, put it in a frying pan and cook for 5 minutes. The onion can be removed from the pan, as it has already given off its flavor.
