Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Butter, softened at room temperature, whisk with powdered sugar and salt.
  2. Add the egg and mix well.
  3. Add the flour sifted with baking powder and mix again.
  4. Form a ball of dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  5. Remove the dough from the refrigerator, knead a little with your hands, roll out on a floured table to a thickness of 1 cm. Cut circles around the diameter of your muffin molds. By the way, I do not recommend making cookies without molds, you just put it on a baking sheet.
  6. Arrange the mugs into shapes. I have silicone molds, so I didn’t lubricate them. If you have iron molds, I recommend greasing them with butter and sprinkling a little flour.
  7. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until golden brown. It took me 12 minutes. Enjoy your meal.
