Preparation
Cut the onion into cubes and put it in a saucepan with heated vegetable oil. Cut the potatoes into cubes, cut the carrots lengthwise and chop them into half rings.
Add tomato and pepper paste to the lightly fried onion, mix. Add potatoes, carrots and washed peas. Add salt, pepper and paprika to taste. Add water and simmer the vegetables under a closed lid until the peas are ready. Serve hot.
