Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into strips.
Peel the onion, wash and cut into quarter rings.
Heat a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil and lay out the potatoes. Fry for 5 minutes.
Put the mushrooms on top of the potatoes and stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes.
After a while, turn the potatoes over and put the onion on top, fry for 5 minutes. Then add salt, pepper and paprika. Stir and fry for another 5 minutes, turning 3-4 times.
