Of course, this is a joke, these are not hot dogs, but very fast pies or just sausages in dough, which are prepared almost “from an axe”, as I like! You can choose the filling to your taste! If you also like everything fast, tasty and inexpensive, then come in!

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough: flour, baking powder, yogurt (or sour cream, kefir), vegetable oil, salt.
  2. Knead the dough, set aside for 10 minutes (of course, if you are in a hurry, this is not necessary).
  3. I chose the filling for sausages: cut in half, and then each half lengthwise into 3 parts.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 parts, roll out each thinly, lay out your filling: I smeared with ketchup, put the sausages, sprinkle with cheese; then close like pies.
  5. Fry in a small amount of vegetable oil under the lid on both sides over low heat so that the dough is fried.
