Garlic Rolls-Buns Recipe
Lush, ruddy and fragrant, garlic rolls-buns, turn out to be simply amazingly delicious, and with borscht or soup they fly away very quickly. Garlic and herbs add flavor to the baking, and the soft, tender crumb is delicious on its own, even without filling.

  1. In a bowl, mix: yeast, sugar, warm milk, beaten egg. Mix everything together.
  2. Add flour to the mixture and mix.
  3. Then add the softened butter. Continue stirring until the dough is moist.
  4. Add salt, garlic powder, finely chopped green onions, dill greens. Stir with a spoon until the dough is smooth and very soft. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes. (But, if the dough is sticky and very soft, do not add more flour, because your buns will turn out stiff).
  5. Put the dough in a bowl greased with vegetable oil, tighten with cling film and put in a warm place for 90 minutes.
  6. The dough came up. Proceed to cutting the dough.
  7. Knead the dough and transfer it to a floured work table. Form a ball.
  8. Divide the dough into 10 pieces for small rolls (about 53 grams each).
  9. Roll out each piece of dough in length. Twist the rolls to make oval buns.
  10. Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover the buns with cling film and put them in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  11. Brush the buns with egg.
  12. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes, until golden brown. Take into account the features of your oven. The buns turned out to be very soft, airy and fragrant. Enjoy your meal!
