German Beer Salad Recipe
A very easy-to-prepare hearty salad. There is no beer in its composition, it is assumed that it is served with beer. But I think a salad without beer is also good!

  1. Pre-boil carrots, peel, cut into cubes. Cut the smoked sausage and pickles into thin strips.
  2. Add torn (or sliced) lettuce leaves and finely chopped parsley.
  3. Add canned beans (white or red), I actually ended up with tomato sauce.
  4. Add mayonnaise with quail egg.
  5. Stir the salad.
  6. When serving, I used a serving ring.
  7. Rye bread is cut into pieces, salted and dried in the oven. Sprinkle the salad with rye crackers on top.
