  1. RUB the garlic and ginger.
  2. Prepare the solution: in 2 tablespoons of water, dilute 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, tabasco, sesame oil, sugar and starch. Postpone. In a steamer, boil the bean pods for 5-6 minutes, dip them in cold water so that they do not lose color, and drain the water.
  3. Fry the garlic and ginger in oil over high heat for half a minute.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and pods and fry for about 5 minutes, stirring all the time.
  5. At the end, pour in the starch mixture (after shaking it) and fry the beans, without stirring, for about a minute.
