Green Soup with Turkey Recipe
This soup is my favorite. Having tried it for the first time, I fell in love with it from the first spoon, and since then I cook often and with pleasure. Insanely delicious, satisfying, nutritious and very fragrant. Enjoy a healthy and delicious soup, and most importantly low-calorie!

  1. Wash the turkey fillet, pour 1.5 liters of water, bring to a boil, remove the foam and cook on low heat for 40 minutes.
  2. Cut onion and carrot into cubes.
  3. Pour sunflower oil into the pan.
  4. Fry the onion and carrot until golden brown.
  5. Cut the potatoes into slices.
  6. Add potatoes to the boiling broth and cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Then add broccoli, beans, cauliflower.
  8. Add the fried onions and carrots, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Cook on low heat until tender.
  10. When serving, sprinkle with chopped dill greens.
