  1. Potatoes are washed, cleaned, washed young, dried with a paper towel. Grate thin strips on a grater.
  2. It is better to cook, of course, in a wok. But you can take an ordinary frying pan. Fry the potatoes in preheated oil until golden brown (about 5 minutes). If you cook a lot, then fry in portions, since potatoes give off a lot of moisture and are poorly fried. Transfer the finished potatoes from the pan to a plate.
  3. Lightly thawed pork cut into thin strips. You can take chicken, but the dish will turn out to be drier.
  4. Finely chop the garlic and red hot pepper. Cut red bell pepper into thin strips. Cut green onions with the white part into rings.
  5. In the frying pan where the potatoes were fried, fry the pork over high heat (about 10 minutes).
  6. Put the bell pepper, green onion and garlic on the pork. To interfere.
  7. Add soy sauce to pork and vegetables and mix.
  8. Add sugar and rice vinegar, stir and simmer for one minute.
  9. Lay out the fried potatoes.
  10. Stir, turn off the heat.
  11. The salad is served hot, sprinkled with green onions.
