Hungarian Pork Recipe
A few years ago I had a chance to visit the wonderful Budapest, which is famous not only for its thermal springs, but also for delicious food. We tried this dish in a nice cafe and, frankly, fell in love with the combination of meat, vegetables and sweet paprika, honey and beer!

Instructions
  1. First of all, we need to cut the pork into small cubes, pour beer and soy sauce and leave to marinate for 40 minutes. Thanks to this simple procedure, the meat turns out to be just tender.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the onion, sliced celery and garlic to it. Fry for about 3-4 minutes, until the celery becomes softer.
  3. Wash the fresh mushrooms, cut into 4 pieces and add to the vegetables. Fry for another 6-7 minutes.
  4. Bulgarian red pepper. I had a frozen summer cottage, but you can use any fresh one, including.
  5. Let’s get on with the meat. Drain our marinade, add olive oil and paprika to the meat and fry for about 7 minutes.
  6. Mix the meat, vegetables and tomato paste. Add honey, salt and pepper to taste. Cover with a lid and leave on low heat for 5 minutes.
  7. The finished dish turns out to be hearty, tasty and beautiful. Do not forget to sprinkle it with fresh herbs and serve it to the table.
