  1. Washed rice. Pour chicken broth and water into a saucepan. Put it on the gas and let it boil. Remove the resulting foam.
  2. Pour the boiling broth into the rice. Stir and cook for 7-10 minutes.
  3. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences. Pour potatoes and cauliflower into a saucepan.
  4. Grate three carrots on a coarse grater. Boil the potatoes and cauliflower for 10 minutes. Then we put the carrots to sleep and salt, pepper. Cook for another 15 minutes.
  5. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Pour flour into a bowl and break an egg into it. Add a pinch of salt and a little black pepper, add grated cheese, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and one tablespoon of water, knead the dough! Moisten your hands with water, take the dough and roll it into balls with a diameter of 2 cm and put it in a saucepan, add the bay leaf and cook for another 15 minutes.
  6. Ready soup is poured on plates, sprinkle with chopped dill greens!
