  1. The cooking time is indicated without taking into account the boiling of chickpeas. I soak chickpeas overnight in three volumes of water. In the morning, rinse it well and boil for 20-30 minutes until soft. Ready chickpeas should be thrown into a colander and let all the liquid drain.
  2. Preheat the oven to 210-220 °C. Mix the chickpeas with butter, Italian seasoning and salt and place in the oven for 15 minutes. During cooking, stir the chickpeas a couple of times.
  3. The finished chickpeas become slightly crispy on the outside.
  4. While the chickpeas are frying, you can prepare the dressing. Combine all the ingredients and mix.
  5. It remains only to spread the salad greens on plates, put the chopped vegetables and chickpeas on top and pour the fragrant dressing!
