Brownie:

Instructions
I knead ripe bananas into a pulp.
In a deep bowl, mix eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Pour the melted, but not hot, butter, mix.
Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa. I knead the dough.
Add the banana mass to the dough and mix gently.
Transfer the dough to a greased and floured form and bake the brownies at 180 °C for 30-35 minutes (until dry toothpick).
For chocolate ganache in a water bath or in a microwave, melt the chocolate, add cream and mix until smooth and smooth.
Ready ganache immediately put on the surface of the pie.
