On the channel one of the channels I saw a wonderful recipe for an easy-to-prepare snack. Anyone can handle it. Spicy appetizer-chicken heh. It turns out a spicy cold snack. It’s incredibly delicious. Everyone will like it without exception.

  1. Cut the meat into thin strips. Add acetic acid and a little salt. Mix well.
  2. Cover with a lid and leave for 1 hour. During this time, mix twice.
  3. Grate the carrots on a grater for Korean carrots.
  4. Pepper cut into thin strips.
  5. Cucumbers are cut into half rings not very thinly.
  6. Garlic is passed through the press.
  7. Cut the coriander coarsely.
  8. Two heads of onions are cut with feathers.
  9. The meat was marinated. Squeeze out the released juice. Add the soy sauce and mix well. Add salt to taste.
  10. Add the chopped onion.
  11. Add carrots, bell pepper, coriander and cucumbers. On top of the vegetables, add paprika, ground black pepper, coriander, garlic, chili pepper.
  12. Fry half of the onion head in sunflower oil. Pour the fried onion together with the hot oil over the garlic and chili pepper.
  13. Mix thoroughly. We try and add spices to taste if necessary. Cover with a lid and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight
