  1. Prepare the meat.
  2. Cut into pieces.
  3. Place in a deep frying pan and fry in vegetable oil for 20 minutes. The meat should be ruddy in color, as in the picture.
  4. While the meat is being fried, prepare the onions and carrots. Cut onion into half rings, carrot into squares.
  5. Put it in a frying pan, fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Then pour in boiled water, about two glasses. Cook until the carrots are soft.
  7. While all this is being prepared, prepare tomatoes and peppers.
  8. Cut into cubes.
  9. Add these ingredients to the pan. If necessary, you can add more water.
  10. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes. Cut into cubes.
  11. We put it in a frying pan.
  12. Add water to the brim and cook until the potatoes are ready. Most importantly, fry the meat and onions in a frying pan, and everything else can already be stewed.
  13. At the end, boil the noodles separately. This is it. The dish is ready! It can be served both first and second. It all depends on your taste and desire.
