  1. Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until transparent.
  2. Add to the onion, minced through a meat grinder. Fry so that it does not brown. Put it in a saucepan and pour the broth (you can use water). You can immediately fry everything in a frying pan with a thick bottom, and then add broth to it.
  3. Prepare the dressing sauce. Put the finely chopped tomatoes in the same pan. From the total amount, take 300 grams for this. The rest is crushed!
  4. Then add the chopped tomatoes and all the spices. Bring to a boil.
  5. Put everything in a saucepan and wait for it to boil again.
  6. Before serving, grate two types of cheese.
  7. Boil and slice the lasagna sheets. I always boil any pasta separately and spread it just before serving on a plate. This allows them not to swell in the pan until all the soup is consumed, and allows you to adjust the thickness of the soup as desired.
  8. Pour the soup over the lasagna sheets, lay out a slide or sprinkle the surface with cheese. Decorate with greenery. That’s it! Delicious soup is ready and it can be called to the table!
