Lazy Stuffed Pepper Recipe
Lazy stuffed pepper is a very tasty dish for every day. It is prepared incredibly simply, and tastes exactly like stuffed peppers. By the way, the cooked dish looks incredibly appetizing in the plate. Serve pepper ideally with sour cream, but you can also without it.

Instructions
  1. Peel and wash the carrots and onions. Wash the tomatoes and peppers. Peel the pepper from the seeds.
  2. Cut onions and carrots into large cubes.
  3. Cut the pepper into half rings.
  4. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan (preferably into a cauldron, where the dish will be prepared) and put the prepared vegetables. Stir and simmer until the carrots are soft. I will bake in the oven in a large saucepan with a volume of 3.5 liters. But also cook on the stove in a cast-iron cauldron.
  5. If the rice is not steamed, I usually wash it and heat it in oil or just in a dry frying pan.
  6. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and peel them (you can skip this step). Cut into rings. Finely chop the greens with a knife (I love the combination of pepper and celery, so in the photo – he liked it). You can do without greenery. But since summer is plentiful, you should not miss this opportunity.
  7. Transfer the vegetables from the frying pan to a cauldron or saucepan (like mine). Put the pieces of minced meat, herbs, salt, season with lemon juice and add spices to taste. Mix thoroughly and pour 3 cups of boiling water into the cauldron. Pour the steamed rice, put the tomato rings and cover with a tight lid.
  8. Bring to a boil and simmer, without stirring, on low heat until tender (at least 40 minutes). Wrap it in something warm and let it brew. Then spread on plates, season with sour cream and serve to the table.
  9. Bon appetit!
