Instructions
Boil the lentils until soft.
Chop the red onion, parsley and dill finely.
Cut the apple into thin slices.
Prepare the salad dressing. Add olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt and honey to the vegetable broth, mix.
In a salad bowl, mix the prepared ingredients for the salad, add the dressing, mix, let the salad brew.
Serve the salad on lettuce leaves. The salad is obtained with a light spicy note, thanks to mustard.
