Prepare chicken liver, roll in flour and fry in vegetable or butter.
Crush the nuts with a rolling pin, pass the garlic through the press.
Fry the garlic in oil and add the nuts to it. Fry for about three minutes.
Mix 1 tablespoon of flour with sour cream and add to the nuts. Add salt and spices for the chicken and curry. If the sauce is thick, dilute with water or broth.
Let the sauce boil and put the liver in it. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 7-10 minutes. At the end, add the greens.
