In the bowl of the mixer add sliced liver (200 gr.), add 1 tablespoon of flour, egg (1 PC.), milk (100 ml.), vegetable oil (1 tablespoon), soda (1/2 teaspoon), add salt and black pepper to taste. Beat the mixture until homogeneous.
You should get the batter, about like pancakes, but a little thicker.
Grease the pan with a thin layer of vegetable oil. Add liver dough to the pan. Bake pancakes with two sides. If necessary, before each portion of adding liver test to the pan, grease the pan with vegetable oil.
Ready liver pancakes to align along the contour.
Mushrooms (oyster mushrooms) (160 gr.) or any other, chop into small crumbs.
Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the pan, add oyster mushrooms. Onions (1 PC.) cut into small cubes, add to the pan with mushrooms.
Simmer onions and mushrooms until tender (15-20 min.)
Put the mushrooms in a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, add 1 tablespoon of sour cream, if necessary, add salt and black pepper to taste.
Wash walnuts (1/2 Cup) in 2-3 waters, dry with a paper towel and fry lightly. Chop the nuts into small crumbs.
Add the roasted walnuts to the sour cream and mushroom mixture.
Add 1 tablespoon of cream to the liver pancake and level. With each subsequent liver pancake to do the same. Collect liver pancakes in the cake. The side and top surface of the cake grease with a thin layer of mayonnaise, sprinkle with nut crumbs, decorate with chopped pickled mushrooms and dill sprigs.
