I add salt, sugar and yeast to warm milk. I leave it for 10 minutes. Now pour in melted butter, add flour and knead soft dough.
After smearing the dough on all sides with vegetable oil, cover the bowl with it with cling film and leave it to rise in a warm place for an hour.

I divide the matched dough into 2 parts, form the loaves and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment. In the middle of each loaf along the entire length I make a small depression (like a furrow in a garden bed).
First, I spread the chopped parsley, then sprinkle the loaves with prepared cheese and leave it to rise for another 20 minutes. Overeating with baking, grease them with milk and bake in the oven at 190 degrees until golden brown.
