A very interesting tortilla is obtained, baked with the help of a conventional grill from the oven. Crispy dough, delicious fragrant filling and beautiful, original appearance of the cake will not leave anyone indifferent.
Let's prepare the dough for the dough.
In warm milk, dissolve the dry yeast and sugar, add 100 g of flour. Mix well and leave in the heat for 15 minutes, covering with cling film or a towel.

Add the flour. Knead a little sticky dough. To score much flour the dough is not necessary. Cover the dough and place in a warm place to rise for 50 minutes.

Green onion, dill and garlic chop.
Grate cheese on a fine grater.
In a small plate, mix 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil, a pinch of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of favorite spices and a cut garlic clove. Warm up a couple of minutes, so that the garlic and spices reveal their flavor.
Coming up the dough to press down well.
Divide into 2 equal parts.
One part of the dough is rolled into a layer about 4-5 mm thick. Lubricate with prepared oil.
Grill from the oven, too, lubricate oils.
Put the rolled dough oiled side on the grill.
Lubricate also the second side of the dough with oil. Evenly distribute the herbs with the garlic.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Roll out the second part of the dough. Cover with dough filling. Pinch the edges well. Make small incisions on top and release the air from the cake, lightly pressing on it.
Grease the top of the tortilla with the remaining oil.
Put the grill with the cake in the cold! oven. Bake at 180 degrees until browned. My oven baked for 35 minutes. Be guided by your oven, they are all different.
Another very important point. During baking, oil may drip a little, so it is advisable to substitute a baking tray under the grill.
