Instructions
Let’s cook the mackerel.
Cut the fish into fillets. Cut out a little pulp for the filling.
Prepare other ingredients for the fish filling. Cut the plums and onions into cubes. Chop the greens.
In a frying pan, brown the onion, put the chopped products, breadcrumbs, pine nuts. Add salt and pepper to the filling.
Add the flesh of the fish and lightly fry.
Put the filling on the fish.
Tie the fish with a thread.
Prepare a sauce of butter and mustard.
Smear the fish on top with sauce.
Wrap the fish in parchment and put it in the oven for 30 minutes. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Serve the fish, decorating to your liking.
