  1. Prepare the marinade (mix soy sauce, pomegranate sauce, crushed garlic, a pinch of sugar, vegetable oil and spices) and marinate the chicken drumsticks in advance. This is enough for 1 hour, but it is better to put the shins in the marinade overnight in the refrigerator. Put the pickled drumsticks in a suitable mold or in a frying pan greased with vegetable oil. Do not add marinade.
  2. Squeeze the sauerkraut well and put it between the shins and on top of them.
  3. Cut the peeled vegetables into slices using a food processor. Add the spicy salt and a little vegetable oil. Mix the onion cut into rings with a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar. Set the oven to preheat to 200°C.
  4. Put vegetables on the shins with cabbage in layers: zucchini, onions, potatoes. Place the roaster in a preheated oven for 1 hour. Focus on your oven. I have set the “top/bottom” mode.
  5. Check the dish for readiness and serve it to the table. The aroma of this dish itself will gather all the household at the table.
