Prepare the marinade (mix soy sauce, pomegranate sauce, crushed garlic, a pinch of sugar, vegetable oil and spices) and marinate the chicken drumsticks in advance. This is enough for 1 hour, but it is better to put the shins in the marinade overnight in the refrigerator.
Put the pickled drumsticks in a suitable mold or in a frying pan greased with vegetable oil. Do not add marinade.
