It’s cold outside, and the warm and delicious aroma of baked meat with potatoes comes from the oven to the kitchen. It is not a shame to put this dish on the festive table, the guests will be full and satisfied!
Cut the meat into small pieces, about 2 x 2 cm, add salt and pepper, put it in a form greased with vegetable oil. Sprinkle finely chopped onion on top.
Peeled potatoes and mushrooms cut into slices 5 mm thick, add salt, pepper, herbs of Provence and 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, mix.
Place the slices of mushrooms and potatoes alternately on top of the overlapping meat.
Mix the egg and sour cream separately, add the cheese grated on a coarse grater.
And here’s our secret: a small clove of garlic, it gives a subtle aroma that excites the appetite!
Add garlic grated on a fine grater to the sour cream dressing and mix.
Use a fork to spread the filling over the potatoes and mushrooms.
Bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes at t-180 °C, until golden brown.
