  1. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a fine grater, cheese on a large one. I scroll the onion through a meat grinder, because slicing usually takes me a long time. Finely chop the greens or add dry ones. Add your favorite spices to the minced meat (I have this seasoning for minced meat and a little salt), throw vegetables, cheese, herbs, break an egg.
  2. Now you need to mix it all thoroughly to get a homogeneous mass. It is more convenient to mix with gloves.
  3. Cover the baking sheet with foil or parchment paper in several layers. It is advisable to form the sides so that the juice does not spread. We spread the minced meat, carefully form a low bar with our hands.
  4. Carefully lubricate the roll with mayonnaise on all sides. The amount of mayonnaise depends on the size of your roll.
  5. Bake the roll at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 45 minutes, the top should be browned. Focus on your oven. Ready! Enjoy your meal.
