Meat Salad “Texas” Recipe
I do not know why it is called that. Probably because of the beef salad. I tried it at a party, I really liked it. A great dish for a light dinner!

Ingredients

Beef
boiled
50
gram
Tomato

gram
Cucumber

Onion

tablespoon
Soy sauce
1
clove
Garlic
2
tablespoons
Parsley
1
teaspoon
Vinegar
Red hot pepper
(on the tip of the knife)

Vegetable oil
Instructions
Dressing. Mix soy sauce and crushed garlic. Pour in the vinegar and mix. Add red hot pepper.
Cucumbers, tomatoes cut into cubes, chop the greens.
Cut the boiled beef and onion into strips.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, toss the onion and fry for 1 minute.
Add the chopped beef to the onion and fry for another 1 minute.
Put the chopped vegetables in a salad bowl.
Put the hot onion and meat on them, pour the oil from the pan and mix.
And pour out the dressing. Stir and serve immediately.
