It is prepared on the basis of the famous oriental dish called Kibbe. It’s usually made from lean lamb, but we’re going to cook it from pork, so for obvious reasons.

  1. First, soak the wooden skewers in cold water and prepare the bulgur. Rinse the cereal and pour 400 milliliters of boiling water. Close the lid and leave for 15 minutes. Then put on medium heat and cook until the water evaporates.
  2. Now wash and dry the pork. Cut it into pieces and put it in the bowl of a blender. Punch until minced meat is formed.
  3. Put the minced meat in a bowl, add salt, paprika, finely chopped onion, ground black pepper and mix.
  4. Divide the finished bulgur into 3 parts. We take out one part, and add the rest to the prepared minced meat, mix. Wash the coriander and finely chop it. Chop the garlic and add everything to the cooked minced meat, mix.
  5. Divide the minced meat into several parts and form sausages around a wooden skewer. Lay out the remaining bulgur and roll it on all sides.
  6. Place the foil on the grill from the oven and brush with vegetable oil. We spread our skewers on foil.
  7. Place in a hot oven and cook at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
  8. Remove and serve immediately with herbs and sauce. Enjoy your meal.
