  1. Products for filling: fried seeds, hard cheese, Basil, parsley, garlic.
  2. All products are ground in a blender until pureed, adding vegetable oil.
  3. Add the egg, mustard, salt and pepper to the minced meat and mix thoroughly.
  4. Add in the bread crumbs.
  5. Knead the minced meat. The minced meat is very plastic.
  6. Divide the minced meat into 8 balls.
  7. Flatten the ball into a flat cake and put a spoonful of the filling. Shape the meatballs.
  8. Fry the meatballs on all sides for 5-6 minutes.
  9. Products for carrot puree: carrots grated on a fine grater, butter, cream, broth (I have chicken, you can also vegetable).
  10. Put out the carrots in butter, pour in the broth and cook for 5 minutes.
  11. Stewed carrots in a blender to puree, add cream, salt, pepper.
