Meatloaf is so versatile that it can be served both hot and cold. It will look great both on a festive table and for everyday use. This roll is suitable for almost any side dish, and you can come up with a variety of fillings as much as you like… and always surprise your loved ones!
Put the eggs, sour cream, salt, pepper and herbs in the bowl of the combine.
Whisk well using the whisk attachment.
Grease a baking sheet with butter. Pour over the omelet.
Bake in a preheated 180 g oven for 15-20 minutes.
Cool the finished omelet.
Soak a stale loaf in milk.
Chop the onion in a food processor.
Add minced meat, bread soaked in milk, salt and spices to the onion.
And, using a combine harvester with a “knife” attachment, grind until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Sprinkle the table with water, cover with plastic wrap (or cellophane bag) and put the minced meat on it in an even layer in the form of a rectangle.
Put the omelet on minced meat (you can sprinkle with cheese) and roll it up with a roll using a film.
Transfer the roll to a greased baking sheet. Make punctures in several places.
Bake the roll in a preheated 180 g oven for 45-50 minutes.
Remove the roll from the oven, allow to cool slightly and cut into pieces.
