Instructions
Wash the millet. Pour boiling water and cook, stirring, for 7-10 minutes.
Pour in the milk, add sugar, salt. Cook, stirring, until tender. Cold.
Wash, dry and chop the greens.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Add cheese, herbs and egg to the cooled porridge. Mix it.
With wet hands, form the chops of the desired size (I got 8 pieces).
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Lay out the chops and fry on both sides until golden brown.
