Soak dried apricots in water for 5 minutes and drain. Pass meat, fat, onions, nuts and dried apricots through a meat grinder. Add salt and pepper.
Knead the minced meat and form cutlets.
Fry the cutlets on one side, then turn them over and place the buns soaked in vegetable oil on the grill. Fry until tender, remove the buns first, and then the cutlets.
Form a burger by placing the bottom of the bun on a plate first, and then adding the cutlet on top. Put the pickled cucumbers on top of the cutlet, and cover with the top of the bun.
