Instructions
- Now let's do the cutlets. As I already wrote in the ingredients, I have minced veal and chicken. My favorite mix. Meat twisted on a meat grinder together with onions. In my opinion, the cutlets are tastier if you use a meat grinder, not a blender. Other the consistency of the meat comes out! In minced add egg, favorite spices (including garlic), salt. And cottage cheese. It is cottage cheese-the key to our future juiciness in the cutlet! Cottage cheese is not worth a blender. Let it be even a little grainy, when baking in the oven it will only play into our hands.
- Then cutlet-some more mayonnaise-thinly cut slices of tomato and pickle-cabbage-cheese-the top potato layer (smeared with sauce). I had the usual grated Dutch cheese, but the cheese plate would definitely be better. Tip: for a special juiciness of the Burger don't spare the sauce! If you follow the weight, the high-calorie mayonnaise can always be replaced by a self-cooked sauce of unsweetened yogurt (or sour cream). Instead of BBQ can take home a cheese sauce or cooked in tomato sauce. Before serving, you can hold the Burger in the oven for a couple of minutes or heat it in the microwave to melt the cheese a little. Bon appetit!
