Muffins “Triple Chocolate” Recipe
Another recipe in the piggy Bank for chocolate lovers. Chocolate dough, chocolate drops and chocolate frosting! As in the case of chocolate cake, the recipe of which I recently shared, the taste is rich, not cloying, but the texture of the muffins is completely different, more dry and porous.

  1. Sift the flour, baking soda, and baking powder into a large bowl.
  2. Sift the cocoa powder in the same place.
  3. And add sugar.
  4. Mix thoroughly with a whisk.
  5. Add coffee to kefir and mix until completely dissolved.
  6. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  7. Measure out 80 ml of vegetable oil.
  8. Pour it into the eggs. Add kefir.
  9. Beat with a whisk until smooth.
  10. Pour this mixture over the dry ingredients and mix quickly.
  11. At the end of mixing, add the chocolate drops.
  12. Spread the dough into muffin molds. It is convenient to do this with an ice cream spoon.
  13. Put the form in the oven, preheated to 180 °C, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  14. Let the finished muffins stand in the form of five minutes, then transfer them to the grill and cool completely.
  15. Prepare the icing by melting the chocolate with cream (in a water bath or microwave). Or you can prepare the glaze according to your favorite recipe, I just suggest the simplest option.
