  1. Rub the soft butter with sugar.
  2. Add the egg and vanilla sugar, mix well again.
  3. Pour in the milk, stir.
  4. Mix the flour in a separate bowl with baking powder and a pinch of salt. Gradually, adding flour mixture, knead the dough until smooth.
  5. The dough turns out thick, does not drain from the spoon.
  6. Put the dough in a baking dish (pre-cover the bottom with parchment, grease the sides with vegetable oil, the diameter of the mold is 20 cm), level the top.
  7. Spread out the mulberry (remove the tails first).
  8. Sprinkle the top of the cake with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 160 and bake until ready for about 50-55 minutes (check the readiness with a wooden skewer, focus on the features of your oven and the golden top of the pie).
  9. We take the finished cake out of the oven and let it cool down.
