Poppy pour boiling milk, stir, let stand for about 10 minutes, then heated in a microwave oven. Again, mix the poppy with milk and heat in the microwave. So repeat several times.
While the poppy is steaming, I prepare the dough. In a bowl pour warm milk, add yolks, sugar, salt.
Stir the ingredients in a bowl with a whisk.
In a bowl sift flour, add yeast and vanilla sugar, mix them with flour.
Then in a bowl add lemon zest and butter room temperature.
I knead the dough, cover it and let it rise in a warm place.
From steamed poppy drain excess milk, mix with sugar, grind with a blender.
Marmalade and candied fruit cut into small cubes.
Mixing the cubes. Another filling is ready!
Peeled carrots RUB on a fine grater, mix with sugar.
Walnuts grind, mix with sugar.
When the dough will increase in volume by 2-3 times, press it.
Sprinkle flour on the table. I divide the dough into 8 equal parts.
I take one piece of dough, roll out into a rectangle about 50*12 cm in size. Each filling is divided into 2 parts, distributed over the rolled out rectangles of the dough.
I roll the dough with the filling into a roll, pinch the edges.
So from each piece of dough I make a thin and long roll with filling.
Silicone mold smeared with vegetable oil. I spread the rolls with the filling in the form. I use a 22 cm diameter mold.
First putting 4 rolls with different filling.
Then I spread the other 4 rolls. So in the figure on the cut will not connect 2 rolls with one filling.
Cover the form and give the dough to increase in size by about 1/3.
Bake the pie in a preheated 180 degree oven for about an hour. 20 minutes after the start of baking, cover the form with pie foil to not burnt top. I slightly overexposed the pie in the oven, as it seemed that the cake isn't yet ready.
I take the pie out of the oven, put it on a plate and leave until cool.
The finished pie can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or glaze.
