Instructions
Products that we will need.
Divide the eggs into whites and yolks, chop the protein finely.
Rub the yolk with mustard.
Finely chop the potatoes, finely chop part of the radish, and grate part on a coarse grater.
Finely chop the chicken, grate the cucumber, chop the onion and herbs.
Mix all the ingredients, put them on a plate and pour in the kvass in the right proportions.
