  1. Defrost the mussels, rinse with cold water, sprinkle with vinegar and oil, leave to marinate. Fry small pieces of bacon. String mussels and bacon on skewers. If you are going to cook on an open fire – on metal skewers.
  2. Grease the skewers with egg and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Fry in oil for 2-3 minutes on each side. Or on an open fire.
