Okroshka “Fusion” Recipe
Complete hooliganism!!! Potato pie, fried chicken, shrimp, daikon with cucumbers, grated carrots in Korean, quail eggs and turkey pastrami, as well as traditional greens and kvass!!!

  1. Prepare potato pie. Put the prepared potatoes on a napkin and thoroughly blot out the oil.
  2. Peel the daikon radish and grate it on a grater for Korean carrots.
  3. Wash the cucumber, dry it and grate it on a grater for Korean carrots.
  4. Boil quail eggs, cool and peel.
  5. Any meat without fat, I have a turkey, cut into strips.
  6. Chop the finely chopped greens. There should be a lot of greens in the okroshka.
  7. Fry the chicken breast. I pre-marinated the breast in lemon juice. And fry in a slow cooker in the “fryer” mode after the potatoes. Since the breast was deep-fried, I dried it with a paper towel. Cut into strips.
  8. I baked the shrimp right after the chicken. And also dried.
  9. For okroshka “Fusion” I used Borodinsky kvass.
  10. Put it in a bowl with okroshka. Take the greens. Lots of greenery.
  11. Potato pie.
  12. Daikon and cucumber.
  13. Chicken, turkey, eggs and shrimp.
  14. Add salt and pepper to taste. And add kvass to the dish. Enjoy your meal!!!
