  1. All products will be finely chopped, grated, chopped, crushed! Cut the cucumber into small cubes and put it in a bowl.

  3. Cut the potatoes into small cubes and put them on lettuce leaves.

  5. Peel the pulp from the back and ribs.
  6. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Finely chop the whites in a bowl. Pour sour cream into a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of kvass, yolks, mustard and rub until smooth.
  7. Put the fish in a salad bowl.
  8. Put the green onions cut into small slices in a salad bowl. I am not a supporter of pouring kvass in advance, so spread the base for okroshka on plates and pour cold kvass! Serve sour cream sauce to the okroshka.
