Okroshka with Ice-Cold Kvass Recipe
A cold dish, very tasty and quite satisfying. Especially popular in summer, although we are incredibly happy in our family on any given day.

Ingredients

Kvass

Potatoes

Cucumber

Garden Redish

Green Onion

Chicken breast

teaspoon
Mustard

teaspoon
Horseradish
Salt
Basil
Instructions
Boil potatoes and eggs, cool and cut into small cubes.
Radish and cucumber are also cut into small cubes.
Chop the onion. Then cut the chicken breast into strips and divide it into fibers with a fork.
At the end, add mustard, horseradish and ayran. Stir and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Pour the kvass into ice molds and put it in the freezer for 3-4 hours. (This can be done in advance).
Pour the okroshka on plates, add ice from kvass and green basil.
