All products must be at room temperature.
Peel the pear, cut it in half lengthwise and cut into thin slices.
In a small heatproof frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add vanilla sugar and salt. Put the pear slices in one layer.
Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180Âșc.
Mix flour and baking powder.
In a separate bowl, lightly beat the egg and milk until smooth.
Add to the dry ingredients, stirring with a whisk until smooth.
Pour the finished dough on the pears. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes.
Place the baking sheet in the oven. Bake until the edges are slightly
brownish, about 10 minutes. Turn it over on a plate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and berries. Serve warm.
