  1. To prepare the dish, we will need 2 deep bowls, a metal sieve and a sieve with a fine cell. Put the carp caviar in a deep bowl, pour cold water and rinse well. Then pass through a metal sieve. This step should not be neglected. We need a clean, unobtrusive product. The caviar films and part of the insides will remain at the bottom of the metal sieve. Then pass the caviar along with the water through a smaller sieve to remove the water in which the carp caviar was washed.
  2. At the output we will get a pure product (caviar). The gross weight is 1209 g. Net weight 700 gr.
  3. In a bowl with caviar, add an egg (2 pcs.), ground black pepper and salt to taste, whisk the mixture with a whisk.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of flour, 1 tablespoon of starch.
  5. Onions (1 pc.) cut into small cubes, carrots (1 pc.) grate on a grater with a small cross section. Fry the onion and carrot in melted butter (2 tablespoons). Then add the browned onions and carrots to the mixture of caviar, flour and starch. The mixture is mixed.
  6. Pour vegetable oil into the pan. Heat the pan well over medium heat. Put the caviar in a frying pan with a tablespoon.
  7. Fry the carp caviar pancakes on both sides.
  8. Serve sour cream, seasoned with fresh herbs, to pancakes made from carp caviar. Enjoy your meal!
