Salt

Instructions
Add kefir, eggs, and sugar to the sifted flour. Stir.
Pour in the hot potato broth, beat with a whisk until smooth.
Pour in the oil and add the soda. Beat again thoroughly.
Bake in a well-heated pan over medium heat for 1-1.5 minutes.
The first pancake, I traditionally try for salt/sugar. If you want to add.
