  1. Add kefir, eggs, and sugar to the sifted flour. Stir.
  2. Pour in the hot potato broth, beat with a whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour in the oil and add the soda. Beat again thoroughly.
  4. Bake in a well-heated pan over medium heat for 1-1.5 minutes.
