  1. Prepare the starter: Mix yeast with kefir or yogurt. The ingredients can be cold (from the refrigerator). Add sugar and flour, mix everything well. Cover with cling film and leave to ripen for 12 hours at room temperature. I put it to brew overnight, it’s very convenient. In the morning I fry delicious pancakes for breakfast. Fast, satisfying and delicious!
  2. Mix the eggs with vegetable oil and salt. It is important to remember that eggs and butter should be at room temperature. Mix in a blender. If you don’t have a blender, take a whisk and beat intensively until smooth for a few minutes. Then mix the sponge cake and the egg-butter mixture. Mix everything well and add a teaspoon of soda, without the top. The dough will begin to bubble, stir the dough for about a minute and leave to rest for 15 minutes.
  3. After the time has elapsed, proceed to roasting. Fry over medium heat, in a clean frying pan, without oil. The approximate number is about twenty medium-sized pancakes. Enjoy your meal!
