Instructions
Pour yogurt into a bowl, add salt (1 tsp.), add eggs (2 pcs.)
Add sugar (4 tablespoons). The amount of sugar can be adjusted to taste.
Then add semolinaav (3 tablespoons).
Add baking powder (1.5 tsp.).
Then add flour (250 gr.). Whisk the mixture with a whisk and you can start baking pancakes.
Add vegetable oil (1/4 cup) to the pan. Spoon each portion of dough onto a baking sheet. Bake the pancakes until lightly browned on both sides.
