  1. Boil the green and yellow peas separately in salted water until tender. Whisk it with a blender into a puree.
  2. Peel the onion, finely chop and lightly stew in olive oil, add tomato paste (slightly diluted with water), add 1/2 part of finely chopped seafood. I used a ready-made seafood cocktail (mussels, squid, shrimp – they are already boiled). If you use a frozen seafood cocktail, boil it in advance.
  3. Put the green pea puree in a bowl, then finely chopped or whole seafood, yellow pea puree, tomato paste.
  4. Garnish with squid and mussels. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
